HOW DO COMISSIONS WORK?
You can submit and inquiry here, I’ll let you know what we can do and if you’re interested in proceeding we’ll do a 20 free minute consult to lock in your order. After words I ask for a %25 non refundable deposit and when that gets paid you can expect your piece to be shipped out within 2-4 weeks. Before I ship I just ask the balance is paid and then you’ll receive a tracking number within 48 hours.
WHOLESALE ORDERS?
You can also submit and inquiry here, I’ll follow up to schedule a free 20 minute consult to lock in your order. Afterwards I ask for a %25 non refundable deposit If i’m custom making your order. When that gets paid you can expect your piece to be shipped out within 2-4 weeks. If you’re ordering from my existing stock, please give 2-5 business days to pack and ship your order. Before I ship the balance must be paid in full. Then you’ll receive a tracking number within 48 hours.
How long does it take to ship?
Mims' Ceramics is a one person show so I greatly appreciate your patience when it comes to processing orders. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 days to receive a tracking number. If the piece is made to order, please expect 2-4 weeks before your piece is shipped.
This wait time is dependent on how long it takes to fill my kiln with orders. More orders means faster order processing!
Returns + Exchanges
Mims' Ceramics has a No Return and No Refund Policy. All Sales Are Final. Please note that sizes and colors of the merchandise ordered may vary and are not guaranteed to be exactly as they are pictured. Mims' Ceramics takes great care in packaging our products however accidents can still occur. If you receive any damaged merchandise the following steps of action are required. Mims' Ceramics needs to have written notification of damages within 24 hours of delivery. Clear pictures of the damaged package and or merchandise are to be e-mailed to nolamimsart@gmail.com .
All packages and labels are to be kept as is until otherwise directed by Mims' Ceramic. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will void all claims associated with this transaction. Under no circumstances will Mims' Ceramics accept returns of used or altered merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
